Deputy Sales & Marketing Director
Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Working Time: Monday – Saturday (Flexible WFH up to 2 Saturdays/month)
A leading Vietnamese industrial manufacturer is looking for an experienced Deputy Sales & Marketing Director to drive commercial growth and lead nationwide sales, export, and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Oversee Domestic Sales, Export, and Marketing functions.
- Develop and strengthen nationwide dealer and distribution networks.
- Drive project sales and key account development.
- Build pricing strategies, rebate programs, and channel incentive schemes.
- Lead branding, marketing campaigns, and market expansion initiatives.
- Develop international markets and export business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related disciplines.
- 7–10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Management.
- Minimum 4–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, electrical products, construction materials, or B2B distribution is highly preferred.
- Strong experience managing nationwide distribution networks.
- Strategic mindset with excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Good command of English.
