As Deputy Regional Business Manager, you will work closely alongside Head of Regional to lead and drive business operations and expansion across Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar (CLM).
You will oversee business development, supervise day-to-day country operations, and orchestrate seamless cross-functional alignment among Customer Service, Finance, HR, Sales, and Headquarters departments.
Your core mission is to solve complex business challenges, ensure the achievement of the regional office's annual budget and financial targets, and drive strategic leadership in implementing new regional projects and investments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's/Master's in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
Deep knowledge of Freight Forwarding (Sea, Air, Trucking, Cross-Border) and CLM customs regulations.
Strong business acumen, budget planning, and fluent English.
5+ years in Logistics/Freight Forwarding (in managerial/senior BP roles).
Proven track record in supporting tenders, bidding, and pricing strategies
Proven track record in P&L support, cross-departmental coordination, and business development.
Hands-on experience in project rollout, vendor management, and network expansion
Flexible working hours to support multi-country operations and project launches.
Frequent travel across CLM offices.
Hands-on leadership for critical regional projects and investments.
