Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manufacturing Director located in Bnh Chnh. The Deputy Manufacturing Director will manage manufacturing operations, oversee production planning, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and optimize processes to achieve operational excellence. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading staff, the individual will be responsible for maintaining production efficiency, minimizing downtime, and reporting operational metrics to senior management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and inspire staff
• Proficiency in production planning, process optimization, and resource management
• Expertise in mechanical engineering, manufacturing processes, and steel structure operations
• Familiarity with safety regulations, quality assurance practices, and compliance standards
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges effectively
• Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Prior experience in manufacturing or the construction and engineering industry is highly desirable
