JOB DESCRIPTION
Overall purpose of job:
Assist the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day property operations, including but not limited to facility management, safety compliance, financial and budget control, maintenance services, and tenant relations
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the property.
- Address property-related issues and incidents promptly.
- Maintain effective communication with tenants/occupants/customers and provide necessary assistance monitor rental collections and outstanding debts.
- Procure required materials and services to support property operations and maintenance.
- Prepare, track and manage expenditures within the approved budget.
- Coordinate routine maintenance, inspections and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, codes, and company policies.
- Handle requests from local governments and community stakeholders to ensure all legal compliance.
- Supervise and support property management staff.
- Perform others ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Supervisors

- Knowledge of green building practices and sustainability standards.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and budget management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of property and real estate market
- Excellent management organizational and problem-
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
