DEPUTY MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES (FMCG)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 - 17:00
- Saturday: 8:00 13:00
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment & Training (50%)
- Develop and implement recruitment plans for the Store System, Head Office, and Sales Division to ensure timely manpower supply aligned with K Coffee's expansion strategy.
- Standardize recruitment processes including job descriptions, sourcing channels, interviewing, and candidate assessment to optimize costs while maintaining high hiring quality.
- Design and deliver internal training programs for new hires and existing employees (customer service, operational procedures, core skills).
- Collaborate closely with Stores/Departments to identify manpower needs, promptly address staffing gaps, and ensure stable workforce readiness for business operations.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness; build competency frameworks and propose talent development and succession plans.
2. Human Resources C&B & Legal Compliance (30%)
- Manage and control payroll, bonus, benefits, social insurance (SI), personal income tax (PIT) in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Participate in developing, reviewing, and optimizing compensation & benefits policies especially Sales incentive schemes (KPIs, targets, commissions) to ensure competitiveness, motivation, and talent retention.
- Supervise labor contracts (signing, renewal, termination) and ensure complete and compliant HR documentation in accordance with labor regulations.
- Develop, update, and communicate internal regulations, HR policies, and procedures.
- Handle and resolve employee relations issues, labor discipline, and employee benefit matters.
- Coordinate with government authorities (Social Insurance Agency, Tax Authority, Department of Labor, etc.) for inspections, audits, and compliance matters.
3. Administration & Operations Coordination (20%)
- Manage administrative services including security, janitorial services, technical maintenance, office supplies, pantry, etc.
- Handle legal and administrative documentation (company charter, business registration licenses, permits), prepare and archive service, purchasing, leasing, and sales contracts.
- Organize internal events such as teambuilding activities, meetings, anniversaries, birthdays, and company celebrations.
- Control administrative expenses and prepare periodic budget and cost reports.
- Ensure adequate facilities, safe working conditions, and a professional working environment for all employees.
REQUIREMENTS
- College degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of FMCG operational models.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment, training, and HR operations.
- In-depth understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax, and Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills in administrative services (security, cleaning, maintenance, etc.).
- Proactive, flexible, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Candidates with strong overall management and coordination capabilities are preferred.
