Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting Deputy Manager Account Management, Health Solutions to join our team in Hanoi.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the agreed growth plan and budget for the allocated client portfolio, and actively contribute to the annual planning cycle.
  • Manage and continuously improve the growth planning framework, including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.
  • Review all outgoing client documents, including but not limited to renewal contracts and client workshop communications/decks, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Share ownership of the Pipeline with the supervisor, taking a proactive role in monitoring, prioritizing and driving opportunities to closure.
  • Coordinate, align and focus the best internal resources on key pipeline opportunities to maximize win rates and client value.
  • Stay on track and increase year-on-year client retention ratio for the managed portfolio.
  • Constantly identify valuable clients and business opportunities; develop and strengthen client relationships to positively influence sales and client retention.
  • Maintain a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS) from clients and regularly review the value proposition to enhance the overall partnership position.
  • Ensure accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines in the required internal platforms; oversee and guide the team members to maintain data integrity and discipline.
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor/Head of Department.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success.

  • University graduates
  • Solid experience in account management, sales or client management; experience handling key clients is an advantage
  • Good customer relationship management skills
  • Strong skills in written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Self-disciplined and organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills effective communicator across organizational levels, self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Good skills on MS systems including Word, Excel, Powerpoint required
