Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Review and verify revenue and expense transactions (AR/AP), ensuring accuracy and proper documentation

• Perform monthly closing tasks (bank reconciliation, depreciation, cost allocation, COGS)

• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and consolidation packages

• Ensure compliance with VAS, IFRS, and internal policies

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

2. Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare and submit tax reports (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT, etc.) in a timely manner

• Support tax finalization and work with tax authorities during audits

• Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax regulations

3. Internal Controls & Audit

• Maintain internal control systems to minimize risks and improve efficiency

• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and banks

• Review and approve journal entries and accounting postings

4. Team Management

• Supervise and guide AR/AP accountants to ensure accurate and timely work

• Provide coaching and monitor team performance

• Support Chief Accountant/Finance Manager in daily operations

5. Others

• Ensure compliance with company policies (Quality, Safety, Health & Environment)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

Skills & Abilities

• Strong knowledge of VAS, IFRS, and Vietnam taxation regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role, preferably in real estate or a multinational company
