Develop operational plans for assigned legal areas based on corporate strategy. Under the authorization of the Legal Director, organize and direct all activities within the designated legal scope.
Manage the recruitment and professional development of subordinate staff in accordance with FRT's human resources policies. Foster a cohesive team environment and motivate staff to maximize their potential.
Lead the drafting, amendment, and review of corporate legal documents to ensure full compliance with national laws and FPT's internal governance systems.
Provide legal counsel on business operations, regulations, and policies. Analyze legal trends, evaluate potential risks, and propose proactive mitigation measures to the Board of Directors.
Represent the company in dealings with state agencies, contribute to legislative drafting processes, and manage legal disputes or litigation as authorized by the General Director.

A Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university is mandatory. Possession of a valid Lawyer's License is highly preferred.
Priority is given to candidates with a proven track record in management roles within the retail, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
Professional proficiency in English is required to handle international legal documents and communications effectively.
Exceptional conflict resolution skills and the ability to navigate complex negotiations with partners and authorities. Sharp intuition for policy trends is essential.
