Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Head of Finance based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the bank's sustainable growth. The Deputy Head of Finance will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance, improve cost efficiencies, and implement effective financial controls.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial analysis to assess performance and identify trends
• Solid understanding of finance and financial reporting principles
• Experience in budgeting and expense management processes
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities
• Proven leadership and collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in financial management systems and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA or ACCA are a plus
