To build and establish the forwarding business operations from scratch in Vietnam, leading the startup team to develop new business opportunities and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Build and establish business operations from the ground up, including operational processes, vendor management, team structure, and the forwarding system - Develop new business opportunities and generate revenue across sea, air, and land freight forwarding services - Oversee daily forwarding operations and directly resolve customer issues - Lead, manage, and develop a team of approximately six members, including Sales and Operations staff - Drive business growth by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, gross profit (GP), and customer acquisition - Handle occasional domestic business trips within Vietnam - Language: Business-level English - Experience: - 710 years or more of experience in the freight forwarding industry - Hands-on experience in both sales and operations, not limited to management responsibilities - Proven track record of independently developing new business and generating revenue - Computer skills required
