Key Responsibilities
- Build HCM AI Consulting & Delivery team (PMs, BAs/Presales) 10 members
- Support projects throughout the entire lifecycle (from requirements clarification till handover to support)
- Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders and various teams internally and externally
- Provide direction and structure to assigned projects activities, establishing clear, precise goals, objectives and timeframes
- Present progress on regular status meetings to client leadership
- Coordinate meetings; handle client discussions; gather relevant documents
- Keep your team morale high
- Work autonomously and as a part of a project team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years working in similar roles or responsivities in relevant information industry.
- Experience as a Project Manager/Delivery Manager/ Consultant Lead.
- Experience with AI technology (nice to have)
- Experience in various project delivery method
- Self-motivation, proactiveness and openness to changes
- Ability to make things happen and to keep deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations
- Business oriented and results driven
- Good analytical skills
- Strong problem solving
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Site HCMC: 3rd floor, PJICO Tower, no. 186 Dien Bien Phu, Xuan Hoa Ward, District 3, HCMC.
- Working hours:
- 8h30 AM 12h00 PM
- 1h00 PM 5h30 PM
- Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
