Group Operations Leadership
- Lead and manage overall Group operations across the integrated supply chain
- Ensure strong alignment and coordination between:
- Agro (raw material supply)
- Manufacturing (processing & production)
- Commercial (centralized sales & market execution)
- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence
- Establish a scalable operating model to support business growth and international expansion
Shared Services & Functional Excellence
- Design, implement, and manage a Shared Services model across the Group, covering:
- HR (including payroll, C&B, talent management)
- Finance (accounting, reporting, treasury)
- IT (infrastructure, systems, data platforms, transformation programs)
- Legal & Compliance
- Ensure consistent service delivery and standardized processes across all entities
- Define and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between Group functions and subsidiaries
- Optimize cost and improve service quality through centralization
Organizational Integration & GovernanceLead the transition from a legal entity-driven structure to a supply chain-driven operating model
- Establish clear governance frameworks between Group and subsidiaries
- Ensure transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making across the organization
Transformation & Digitalization
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including:
- ERP implementation and system integration
- Data and analytics platform development
- Process automation and digitalization
- Partner with CIO to build a data-driven organization
- Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap
Financial & Performance Management
Collaborate with CFO to:
- Manage Group-level financial performance
- Optimize cost structure and working capital
- Improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Establish and monitor KPIs across the integrated supply chain
- Drive performance management culture across all entities
Risk, Compliance & Legal OversightOversee Group-wide:
- Risk management framework
- Internal control systems
- Compliance standards
- Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Promote a strong compliance and risk-aware culture
Brand, Communication & Market Alignment
Work with Corporate PR & Marketing Director to:
- Build and strengthen the Group's brand positioning
- Ensure consistent communication across all entities
- Support the centralized commercial strategy through integrated branding and communication
People & Leadership
Lead and develop senior functional leaders
- Build a high-performance culture focused on:
- Collaboration
- Accountability
- Execution excellence
- Drive talent development and succession planning across the Group
REQUIREMENT
Preferred candidate who has CFO background
Strong experience in one or more of the following industries:
- FMCG
- Agriculture / Agro-processing
- Manufacturing / Export
Proven track record in:
- Organizational setup or transformation
- Managing multi-entity or group structures
Strong understanding of:
- Integrated supply chain models
- Shared Services
- Digital transformation
- Strategic and systems thinking
- Strong execution and operational excellence
- Change management and transformation leadership
