Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and approve accounting entries, financial vouchers, and Bill of Materials (BOM) data in the MISA accounting system.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations by reviewing VAT, CIT, FCT, and other statutory tax filings.
  • Review commercial contracts from financial, accounting, tax, and compliance perspectives.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide guidance, training, and technical support to the accounting team to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders on accounting and financial matters.
  • Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations (VAT, CIT, FCT), and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with MISA ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
