We Are Hiring – Deputy Chief Accountant
Phuc Sinh Consumer is looking for a Deputy Chief Accountant to join our Finance team in Ho Chi Minh City.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Management & Control of Accounting Operations
- Supervise and control cost accounting, ensure accuracy and compliance of promotional programs, discounts, rebates, and business contracts across GT, MT, KShop, and E-commerce channels.
- Oversee receivables and payables to ensure effective debt collection and payment management.
- Monitor application of standard BOM (Bill of Material) to finished goods, ensuring accurate product costing.
- Organize and handle periodic stocktakes (inventory, fixed assets), analyze variances, and propose corrective measures.
B. Financial & Tax Reporting
- Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow), and provide P&L management reports by channel.
- Ensure compliance with statutory tax obligations (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.); reconcile and submit reports on time to authorities.
- Lead audit preparation (internal & external), prepare required documentation, and provide explanations for auditors.
C. Financial Planning & Support
- Participate in building and standardizing accounting policies and internal control systems across all business channels.
- Train, guide, and supervise accounting team members to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support Finance Manager in financial planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cost variance analysis.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of professional accounting/finance experience, including at least 2 years as Senior Accountant/Team Leader in FMCG, retail, or chain businesses.
- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS); IFRS experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics/Navision, etc.); Power BI/Tableau knowledge is preferred.
- CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Workplace: Mon–Sat (morning), 246–248 Vo Van Kiet, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, District 1, HCMC.
