Adecco's client is an FDI about food service in Bac Ninh looking for Deputy CEO - Strategic Planning.
Location: Bac Ninh (there is company's car to pick up).
Job Description:
- Develop the company's business strategy and provide strategic advisory to the General Director in formulating and aligning appropriate corporate strategies.
- Assess the current business performance, define business strategies, and set short- and long-term business objectives.
- Identify key strategic priorities and manage the implementation to ensure achievement of strategic goals.
- Analyze competitive capabilities and positioning to establish a clear strategic perspective and competitive advantage.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends of industry players and leading enterprises to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze industry trends and business environment developments, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing corporate strategies for medium to large-scale organizations.
- Preference for candidates with experience working in large corporations, diversified groups, or international environments.
- Experience in the F&B, Food Tech sectors is required.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to execute initiatives based on strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in English or Korean sufficient to meet job requirements.
- Strong capability in building and managing external stakeholder networks, including clients and government authorities, is an advantage.
