Job Description

Adecco's client is an FDI about food service in Bac Ninh looking for Deputy CEO - Strategic Planning.

Location: Bac Ninh (there is company's car to pick up).

Job Description:

  • Develop the company's business strategy and provide strategic advisory to the General Director in formulating and aligning appropriate corporate strategies.
  • Assess the current business performance, define business strategies, and set short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Identify key strategic priorities and manage the implementation to ensure achievement of strategic goals.
  • Analyze competitive capabilities and positioning to establish a clear strategic perspective and competitive advantage.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends of industry players and leading enterprises to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze industry trends and business environment developments, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing corporate strategies for medium to large-scale organizations.
  • Preference for candidates with experience working in large corporations, diversified groups, or international environments.
  • Experience in the F&B, Food Tech sectors is required.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to execute initiatives based on strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in English or Korean sufficient to meet job requirements.
  • Strong capability in building and managing external stakeholder networks, including clients and government authorities, is an advantage.
