Location: Vietcombank Tower, 05 Cong Truong Me Linh, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Department: Business Development

Reports to: Business Development Director

Working Schedule: Monday Friday

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities, new business segments, and revenue-maximizing initiatives.
  • Oversee client development and ensure sustainable expansion of key customer portfolios.

Sales Operations Management

  • Build detailed sales plans and performance frameworks to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
  • Strengthen sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to deliver holistic solutions for clients.

Team Leadership & Capability Development

  • Lead, inspire, and empower the sales team to achieve both individual and departmental KPIs.
  • Conduct coaching, mentoring, and structured development programs to enhance team performance.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative sales culture.

Client Engagement & Strategic Partnership

  • Support Sales Executives in key presentations, negotiations, and solution consultations.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Ensure superior customer experience through tailored, results-driven communication strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, managing teams of 7+ people.
  • Demonstrated success in developing sales strategy, driving revenue, and scaling commercial teams.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop talent.
  • Proven capabilities in market analysis, client management, and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • High resilience, adaptability, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Preferred:
  • Strong client network within the Digital, advertising, media, or OOH sector.
  • Experience working with major enterprise clients such as FMCG, Banking/Finance, Healthcare, Fintech, or partnership/channel development models.
