Scope of work:
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating accounting operations in Vietnam and across the region, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and effective support for management and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations (AR, AP, GL) and ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance; provide timely financial reports and analysis to support management decisions.
- Lead monthly/year-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, audit, and tax compliance activities.
- Support the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Supervise, coach, and develop the accounting team to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Provide financial information and analysis to support business performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Accounting Manager and higher level.
- Work location: ITL Office - 52 Truong Son, Tan Son Hoa ward (near Tan Son Nhat airport).
Qualifications:
- At least 6–8 years of experience in accounting, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance
- Good command in English
- Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a practical approach to work.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity.
- Proactive, cooperative attitude with a willingness to learn and support team development.
