WE NEED YOU:
1. System Deployment & User Enablement (50%)
- Support product/system rollout activities across regions and business teams.
- Participate in kick-off sessions to communicate new changes, features, and business impacts to users.
- Coordinate with project teams and Product Owners to prepare:
- Training materials, User guides, Communication materials, Training agendas and quizzes
- Conduct training sessions and provide hands-on support to users during deployment.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify issues and collect business feedback.
- Act as the main support contact during deployment periods.
- Monitor issue resolution progress and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
2. Business Operations & System Support (50%)
- Support daily business operations for users across Vietnam OpCo.
- Assist users in resolving system-related questions and operational issues.
- Monitor operational reports and analyze data to identify gaps or inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to support system maintenance activities.
- Create, track, and follow up incident/bug tickets until closure.
- Facilitate weekly or bi-weekly operational sync meetings with stakeholders.
- Prepare operational updates including Issue tracking, Risk assessment, Impact analysis
- Support onboarding and training for new users.
- Collaborate with project teams to localize and improve training materials.

- Sohobiz Building, Floor 1, 38 Huynh Lan Khanh, Tan Son Hoa Ward, HCMC
WORKING TIME:
- Service time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 AM Saturday
REQUEST
- Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Infomation technology, or related fields
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- System or application deployment,
- Operations support
- Business analysis
- Data analysis
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or sales operations is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Power BI skill and SQL skill is a plus
- Experience working with CRM or sales systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical and reporting capability
