A. OVERALL:
The Demand Supply Planner is responsible for executing supply planning activities, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to standard processes. This role plays a key part in collecting and analyzing data, and supporting the implementation of production and supply plans across the organization.
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in developing supply and production plans for Sugar and FBMC categories.
- Support the creation of annual and monthly production plans to meet business requirements.
- Help coordinate import demand and commercial sugar procurement as directed.
- Collect, update, and manage data related to business and supply planning.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of planning information systems.
- Track execution of planning activities and prepare periodic reports.
- Analyze planning data to support process improvements.
- Assist in reviewing and validating new product code creation or usage.
- Ensure product naming and categorization comply with established standards.
E. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. Experience in the manufacturing sector, familiarity with planning software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in planning, supply chain management, or related roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and planning tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
- Strong data analyst skills and familiar with data tool: Python, Master Excel, Marco VBA, PowerBI.
