MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in collecting and analyzing historical sales data to support demand forecasts.
- Help maintain and update demand planning tools and databases.
- Support the preparation of demand forecast reports and presentations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to incorporate market intelligence into forecasts.
- Support the monthly demand planning process (S&OP cycle)
- Historical sales data analysis to improve forecast
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in demand and supply planning
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current third/final year students studying a bachelor's degree towards the fields of Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
- Knowledge and practice in SQL, Power Query
- Effective communication and presentation in both English and Vietnamese
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willing to take 6-months duration
