Demand Planning Executive

A. RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Coordinate the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process with cross-functional team, including Supply Chain, Merchandise, Finance, Store Operations and Ecommerce team to achieve the consensus monthly demand plan for the Product category assigned.

· Review demand forecast for monthly Leaflet, promotional scheme and seasonal demand to ensure right stock at the right time; participate in the monthly meeting with selected vendor to improve the service level to be in line with the company target. Keeping the retail stores at the acceptable Out-of-Stock level.

· Update Forecast according to running rate on weekly basis and keep supply team posted to revise purchase plan.

· Review the 8-week rolling forecast with cross functional team: Category managers, finance & Store operations to ensure stock availability during normal and seasonal period to retail stores; upload the 8-week rolling forecast to the company ERP system.

· Review the forecast bias and forecast accuracy; manage and control stock level to align with company target on Stock days. Work to provide action plan to fix the root cause of availability problem at both DC and stores

· Investigate root causes of Aging stock and High value stock and provide action plan to reduce aging and high value stock.

· Work closely with category managers and replenishment team on Vendor Service Level improvement.

· KPI and other monthly report.

· Conduct forecast at SKU-store level for top-performing stores on a rolling 1 month to driving resource allocation and minimize out of stock at those stores.

· Execute forecast for new store openings.

· Collect and store essential data such as Master Data, Inventory, POG, OOS on a daily basis.

· Share sell-out, sell-in forecast and monthly data to top vendor to improve service level.

· Manage DCA contract in collaboration with Commercial team.

Refresh product classification, store rank quarterly.

B.REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/Industrial Engineering/Business Administration.

· Functional knowledge of Demand planning, sales forecast.

· Strong computer literacy / High proficiency in EXCEL.

· SAP or other ERP experience preferable.

· Experience in using analysis to identify and implement opportunities to improve processes.

· Good English communication both verbal and written.

· Good Collaboration, Team player with can do attitude.

· High responsible and able to work independently / Be able to work under pressure.

· Good in adaptation, flexible to deadlines and quick response to short lead time.

· Attention to details with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
