Your Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Supply Network Industrial Asia-Pacific- Support Supply Network Industrial Asia-Pacific based on regional and local market requirements: Regional Levelling Points (RLP), Distribution Centre (DC), Satellite Distribution Centre (SDC)- Execute SAP APO Supply Network Planning (SNP) for replenishment- Monitor Frozen Zone between Market and Regional Leveling Point (RLP) / production segment; definition of countermeasures in case of deviations and violations
- Monitor and manage Frozen Zones between market demand and production, implementing countermeasures for deviations.
- Align product segments and material groups with demand forecasts and confirmed orders, ensuring communication is accurately recorded in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Provide second-level support for material scheduling, resolving capacity deviations through alternative solutions such as packaging, transport adjustments, and emergency procurement.
- Support operational demands capacity alignment meetings capacity alignment meetings for critical materials with GMP or production segments on a rolling basis together with Demand Planning
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience in a customer service or MRP position of an international organization including leadership experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Schaeffler Group's market and product knowledge
- Comprehensive Knowledge of SAP R/3 SD, MM and PP Module, SAP APO, Salesforce Service Cloud advantageous
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain calm under pressure and ability to manage conflicts
