Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for automotive projects
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (onsite/offshore)
- Ensure project quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in English
- Handle risks, issues, and escalation in a proactive manner
- Support business expansion and team growth when needed
Requirements/ Desired skills and experience
- Minimum 5+ years in Automotive projects
- At least 3+ years as DM/PM
- Domain: Automotive (mandatory)
- Language: Good English communication (mandatory) or JPN N2+
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to onsite in Shanghai
