About the Role
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead client engagements, ensure successful project delivery, and contribute to pre-sales, sales, and AI-driven automation initiatives.
Note: This position will be full-time remote and not cover SHUI
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage client engagements to deliver high-quality outcomes, strong client satisfaction, and positive project margins
- Manage delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Contribute to pre-sales and sales activities, including scoping, estimation, and proposal preparation
- Drive AI-driven automation initiatives by mapping delivery processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Delivery Manager / Project Manager in software or app development
- Strong experience delivering mobile and/or web applications
- Client-facing experience, including commercial discussions and negotiations
- Strong team management and delivery ownership
- Advanced English communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with international clients
- Exposure to AI, automation, or process improvement
- Agile/Scrum experience
