Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in one of two focus areas:
Presales Engagements, where you will drive technical proposals, solution architecture, and cross-functional collaboration with sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Common Responsibilities (Both Tracks)
- Own end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery and closure.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Sales, Product, AI CoE, QA, etc.).
- Monitor and control project scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Track KPIs, prepare executive updates, and mitigate risks proactively.
- Ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
- Manage technical documentation and process standardization.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into winning proposals.
- Develop solution architecture in coordination with Solution Architects and SMEs.
- Drive RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, and pricing coordination.
- Lead customer presentations and demos, highlighting technical capabilities and delivery model.
- Build and maintain reusable case studies, proposal templates, and capability decks.
Requirements/ Desired skills and experience
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management or solution architecture.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Efficient English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Preferred (Based on Track)
Presales Track:
- Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and working with enterprise sales teams.
- Knowledge of software estimation models and commercial pricing.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, especially in IT services.
AI Productivity Track:
- Technical understanding of software engineering workflows and development environments.
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
