Responsibilities
Define the organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities for new delivery teams from the ground up.
Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members to ensure technical excellence and cultural alignment.
Implement best practices in team management, performance measurement, and professional development to foster a high-performance culture.
Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to meet project demands efficiently.
Serve as the primary delivery escalation point and strategic partner for clients and stakeholders in Australia (AUS) and Europe (EU).
Ensure seamless operational alignment and communication across different time zones, maintaining exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop a deep understanding of market-specific requirements, compliance standards, and commercial expectations within the AUS and EU regions.
Translate global client feedback into actionable plans for the delivery teams.
Actively identify and support pre-sale opportunities, working closely with the sales team to expand the scope of existing contracts and cultivate long-term strategic client partnerships.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery life cycle, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Implement and optimize delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) tailored for globally distributed teams.
Manage delivery risk, anticipate challenges, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery efficiency, quality, and financial performance.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 1+ years of employment experience in Vietnam.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Delivery Manager.
Demonstrated experience successfully building, structuring, and leading new technology delivery teams (e.g., growing a team from 0 to 15+ resources).
Significant experience managing clients and delivery programs within the Australian and European (Euro) markets; familiar with cultural and operational nuances in these regions.
Experience in supporting business development and Pre-sale activities within a client services or delivery context.
Expert-level knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and delivery best practices.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
