We're seeking experienced Workplace Delivery Lead or Senior Consultant to support the delivery of our Client's teams in Vietnam in building the next best Enterprise Technology experience. You will join our Client's Workplace Delivery Team and be responsible for support the end-to-end delivery of the Engineering Teams in Vietnam, as well managing the release of multiple team's features to production.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage tracking of projects, issues, risks, defects and all phases of project delivery.
- Provide support for technical resources raising required changes or governance documentation as needed for technical implementation or removing project blockers
- Ensure operational readiness is completed before production release
- Plan and coordinate successful delivery or migration of new and existing applications
- Working closely with Change, Communications and User Experience teams to manage successful organisational change readiness for projects and initiatives
- Proactively manage risk; meet all policy and compliance requirements as required during the lifecycle of project delivery
- Ability to facility and manage tender related activities including RFT, negotiation, tender review, etc
- Oversee completion of solutions, high level design and detailed designs. Manage design traceability to requirements
- Ability to generate plans: schedule, finance, deliverable, testing, quality, etc, in the process of project delivery
- Ensure all delivery work is managed through the enterprise tool suite meetings Client's standards and controls including reporting and escalation.
- Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of Client from time to time.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have
- Good knowledge and experience of workplace remote access technologies including the end user computing, network, cloud, security & hosting
- Experience with documentation/user manuals/technical writing to assist with the organisational change involved with staff experience of these new technologies
- Expertise with working through complex technology projects and problem solving in all phases of delivery as required
- Good communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills to support various technical groups that will be involved in delivery
- Agile skills and experience with Agile planning tools, progress elaboration and experience with Client's Tech Operating Model
- Previous experience in workplace technology deployments to culturally diverse and remotely located teams
- Previous experience desirable with Client Service integration/automation for Incident Logging and Service Management
Nice-to-have
- Experience working in large enterprise organisations e.g. banking
- Exposure to Microservices, Web and Cloud technologies
- Degree in Computer Science, Information System or similar
- Project Management Professional (PMP certification preferred)
