You Bring
- Open to work in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- 35 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or related environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science & Analytics, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in analytical and visualization tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Python, Power BI, SQL, VBA).
- Proven success leading crossfunctional initiatives with strong ownership and strategic thinking.

In This Role, You Will
- Collaborate with the Global Delivery Operations Excellence team to strengthen enterprise performance frameworks and transformation initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize system efficiency, ensuring accuracy, stability, and seamless endtoend purchase order data flows.
- Govern robotic process automation performance to ensure consistency, reduce disruption risk, and improve execution quality.
- Coach and mentor factory teams to identify improvement opportunities and elevate Standard Operating Procedures.
- Lead analytical and process improvement projects using datadriven insights.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across functions.
- Continuously build new skills in analytics, visualization, and storytelling to improve impact over time.
