About the Role
You are the organisational backbone of a game studio. As Delivery Coordinator you own the
external coordination and follow-through for one studio running parallel projects, so the studio
team stays focused on building and shipping. You keep work visible, dependencies unblocked,
and nothing slipping through the cracks. You are the studio's single coordination channel to the
rest of the business.
What You'll Do
Keep Work on Track: Organise and sequence the team's tasks across the studio's projects,
track daily and weekly progress, and proactively flag issues to your Manager.
Maintain Visibility: Keep the studio's project board accurate and current, including progress,
hours, and blockers, so everyone works from a single source of truth.
Coordinate Across Teams: Work with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, QA, and
Business to keep dependencies aligned with the standard production workflow.
Drive Follow-up: Submit and track requests to shared services and support teams, follow up on
open items, and chase them through to completion.
Surface Risks Early: Monitor project health, help resolve bottlenecks, and escalate risks and
blockers to your Manager promptly.
What Success Looks Like (First 3 to 6 Months)
The studio's project board is consistently accurate, and your Manager can see real progress
and blockers at a glance.
Requests and dependencies are tracked and followed up without items being forgotten or
delayed.
Stakeholders across teams know who to come to for coordination and trust that things will be
handled.
Must-Have Skills and Experience
Experience: 1 to 2+ years in IT or software-development projects. A background as a PM, QA,
or QC is highly preferred.
Process Awareness: Familiar with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) so you can follow
the team's workflow and understand technical discussions. No need for deep technical
expertise; what matters is grasping an issue and communicating it clearly.
Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to track multiple projects, multi-task,
and handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Tools: Comfortable working with project tracking tools such as Jira or similar.
Soft Skills: Excellent all-round communicator with strong negotiation skills. A proactive team
player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
