Job Description
Production & Output Management
· Lead daily Debug Cell operations to achieve production output, quality, and turnaround time targets.
· Monitor Work-In-Process (WIP), backlog, and shipment priorities.
· Allocate manpower and resources based on customer demand and production priorities.
· Ensure daily production plan execution and on-time delivery.
Customer Interface
· Act as the primary operational contact for Intel/customer regarding daily production status.
· Attend customer meetings and provide production updates, issue status, and recovery plans.
· Coordinate customer requests, priority changes, and escalation activities.
· Ensure customer requirements are communicated and executed within the team.
Operation Coordination
· Coordinate with Test Engineering, Debug Engineering, Quality, Process Engineering, Planning, and Production teams to resolve operational issues.
· Escalate critical issues affecting output, quality, or delivery.
· Drive cross-functional collaboration to minimize production interruptions.
Performance Management
· Monitor and improve operational KPIs, including:
o Daily Output
o Turnaround Time (TAT)
o Repair Yield
o On-Time Delivery (OTD)
o Productivity
o WIP Aging
· Analyze production trends and implement actions to improve operational performance.
Team Leadership
· Supervise Debug Engineers and Technicians.
· Assign daily work priorities and monitor task completion.
· Coach and develop team members to improve technical capability and operational efficiency.
· Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
Continuous Improvement
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
· Standardize work instructions and operational processes.
· Support implementation of customer process changes and operational improvements.
Quality & Compliance
· Ensure compliance with Intel/customer quality requirements and company procedures.
· Support customer audits and internal audits.
· Maintain 5S, ESD, and safety standards within the Debug Cell.
· Identify operational risks and implement preventive actions.
Reporting
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
· Report output achievement, manpower utilization, major issues, and recovery actions to management and customers.
· Present operational performance during customer review meetings.
Skills and Abilities
· Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
· 3–5 years of experience in PCBA Manufacturing, Test, Debug, or Repair operations.
· At least 2 years of experience leading production or engineering teams.
· Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and production control.
· Excellent communication and customer management skills.
· Experience working in a multinational manufacturing environment is preferred.
· Good English communication (spoken and written).
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and production reporting tools.
