We are seeking a full-time, on-site Debate Coach to join our team in Hanoi. The Debate Coach will be responsible for planning and leading debate sessions, developing curriculum and training materials, and mentoring students to develop public speaking, critical thinking, and argumentation skills. The role includes preparing students for national and international debate competitions, providing constructive feedback, and fostering personal growth and teamwork. The ideal candidate will also work closely with other instructors to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

• Strong debate expertise, argumentation, and public speaking skills
• Experience in curriculum development, content creation, and educational training
• Excellent coaching, mentorship, and leadership abilities
• Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with competitive debating formats and event preparation is a plus
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage
• Prior experience working with youth or in an educational setting is highly desirable
• Adaptability to a dynamic and multicultural work environment
