Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Supervisor to lead and oversee inventory management activities at our Distribution Center.

This role is responsible for ensuring stock accuracy, storage efficiency, inventory movement control, and operational readiness to support warehouse flow from inbound handover to outbound fulfillment.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in warehouse inventory operations, WMS usage, storage management, and inventory control within Fulfillment Center or Distribution Center environments, preferably from leading eCommerce, retail, or logistics companies.

Working Location: No. 2E Street, Vinh Loc Commune, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily inventory operations, including stock receiving handover from Inbound team, put-away, storage control, replenishment, and picking preparation for Outbound team.
  • Ensure all inventory movements are accurately executed and recorded in system, including:
  • put-away
  • location transfer
  • replenishment
  • picking deduction
  • stock adjustment
  • Manage warehouse storage utilization effectively by monitoring:
  • occupancy by zone
  • location availability
  • slotting efficiency
  • space optimization
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy through:
  • cycle count
  • stock check
  • variance investigation
  • discrepancy resolution
  • Coordinate with Inbound, Outbound, Logistics, Commercial, and related teams to ensure inventory readiness for daily operations and business demand.
  • Operate and manage WMS / inventory system to ensure timely and accurate stock transactions.
  • Monitor inventory KPIs and prepare regular reports related to:
  • inventory accuracy
  • picking productivity
  • storage utilization
  • stock variance
  • abnormal inventory movement
  • Identify operational gaps and propose improvement initiatives to enhance stock control, warehouse productivity, and storage efficiency.
  • Train, coach, and supervise inventory staff to maintain strong execution discipline and process compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse inventory management, Fulfillment Center, or Distribution Center operations.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse inventory flow and storage logic.
  • Hands-on experience with WMS or warehouse systems.
  • Prefer candidates with previous experience in eCommerce fulfillment, retail warehouse, or logistics companies.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
