Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop moderately complex SQL procedures and database functions.
- Handle change requests (SRs) with limited supervision.
- Perform unit testing and basic debugging independently.
- Maintain and refactor legacy SQL code for improved performance or readability.
- Participate in internal code reviews and knowledge sharing.
For Middle/Senior:
- 2+ years of experience in SQL/Oracle and database development (4+ years for Senior level)
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience writing and optimizing SQL (T-SQL / PL/SQL)
- Good understanding of data integrity, normalization, and transaction handling
- Experience with performance tuning and database optimization (Senior level expected to handle complex cases)
- Familiar with Git and common Agile development practices Good English communication skills for daily work (written and spoken)
- Experience with reporting or ETL tools (e.g. SSIS, Power BI) is a plus
- Basic understanding of data warehousing or OLAP concepts is a plus
- Experience in data modeling, database architecture, or CI/CD for database deployment is an advantage for Senior candidates
