Key Responsibilities
1.Dialer System Operations
- Operate and monitor the dialer system (Predictive/Preview/Progressive Dialer) on a daily basis
- Import/export customer data lists and allocate them by campaigns
- Ensure contact rate compliance with regulations and company policies (Do Not Call list, telecom/financial regulations if applicable)
2.Call Center Operations Support
- Coordinate with Team Leaders to allocate data and adjust campaigns
- Monitor real-time performance metrics (SL, AHT, Occupancy, Abandon rate, etc.)
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and coordinate with IT when necessary
3. Data Management & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dialer performance reports using Excel
- Maintain and update customer databases with accuracy
- Conduct regular checks to avoid data duplication or discrepancies
- Track contact trends and provide insights to improve contact rate and agent productivity
4.Compliance & Quality
- Ensure dialer operations follow standard processes and legal compliance
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
- Support quality control initiatives for data accuracy
Qualifications
- At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in data management or similar operational role
- Strong Excel skills for data processing, analysis, and reporting (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data cleaning)
- Attention to detail to detect and recognize data discrepancies or non-compliance issues
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team leaders and IT support
- Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset
