Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1.Dialer System Operations

  • Operate and monitor the dialer system (Predictive/Preview/Progressive Dialer) on a daily basis
  • Import/export customer data lists and allocate them by campaigns
  • Ensure contact rate compliance with regulations and company policies (Do Not Call list, telecom/financial regulations if applicable)

2.Call Center Operations Support

  • Coordinate with Team Leaders to allocate data and adjust campaigns
  • Monitor real-time performance metrics (SL, AHT, Occupancy, Abandon rate, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot basic system issues and coordinate with IT when necessary

3. Data Management & Reporting

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dialer performance reports using Excel
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accuracy
  • Conduct regular checks to avoid data duplication or discrepancies
  • Track contact trends and provide insights to improve contact rate and agent productivity

4.Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure dialer operations follow standard processes and legal compliance
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
  • Support quality control initiatives for data accuracy

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in data management or similar operational role
  • Strong Excel skills for data processing, analysis, and reporting (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data cleaning)
  • Attention to detail to detect and recognize data discrepancies or non-compliance issues
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with team leaders and IT support
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset
