Manage inventory and ensure data of SAP data matches with SWM data.
Coordinate with operation teams to ensure data consistency and process alignment.
Consolidate data and issue daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports (e.g., SLOB, FEFO tracking, OFFBOM, POSM tracking, Rework damaged goods, etc. ).
Receive inbound-outbound plans, Co-packing plans; Import plans and reserve inventory on the system, ensure correct and sufficient inventory for delivery to customers.
Processing with the operations team to deliver goods on time in full.
Coordinate with SP/PPIC to reserve stock for DRP and transfer SFG to Copack.
Track B2B MC orders and coordinate with CS, Copack, and 3PL to ensure B2B MC orders are fulfilled
Tracking and reconciling inventory with the operations team and transferring overflow inventory, POSM to the external WH.
Reconcile and manage external WH inventory
Track damaged finished products, defective goods, returned goods, processing with RPM, QA, FG WH to rework or write off based on SOP.
Tracking damaged goods related to transporter and 3PL, proceed with claim back and follow documents processing.
Support weekly cycle counts and monthly physical stock counts with accurate data reconciliation.
Issue reports related to inventory management and periodic inventory.
Ensure all documentation complies with company policy and audit requirements.
Support KPI monitoring and process improvement data analysis
Perform other tasks as assigned by line managers.
Comply with HSE regulations and participate in safety activities.
2. Quality Required
Managerial Accounting experience are preferred (warehouse & transportation)
Microsoft office, SAP, WMS skills
PBI, VBA, Querry, Phyton, and experience are preferred

Graduated from college/university or higher with a major in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
