Role Overview:
As a DataProduction Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining purchase codebased databases, transforming raw consumer purchase data into structured FMCG market datasets tailored to client needs. You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery while supporting stable panel operations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Database Production and Delivery
- Produce and deliver consumer database outputs and client reports using our internal platforms (training provided).
- Ensure all data is accurate and delivered on schedule.
Quality Control:
- Follow structured processes for building and checking datasets.
- Ensure datasets meet all specifications and quality standards.
- Identify potential issues early and report them promptly.
- Contribute to building documentation, specifications, and quality tools.
Panel management:
- Setup period internal system for the panel you manage.
- Ensure all panel system files are built accurately before releasing to team members
- Control and maintain system files efficiently
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- University degree in related field
- 12 years of experience in data-related or analytical work.
- Good command of English and the ability to follow documentation from regional teams.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, Programming knowledge is strongly preferred
- Keen attention to detail, strong logical thinking, and a genuine interest in data and proficiency in programming
- A comprehensive understanding of database management
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to stay organized, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
