The Data Ops Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of promotion pricing, voucher setup, and price control activities across eCommerce platforms. This role plays a key part in supporting commercial and marketing teams to deliver smooth campaign operations and compliance with platform requirements.
- Key Responsibilities
- Upload and update promotion prices on Seller Centers (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.).
- Set up and manage vouchers, discounts, and promotional mechanics as assigned.
- Monitor and control purchase price vs. selling price to ensure compliance with business rules and profitability.
- Perform regular checks to validate data accuracy across platforms and internal systems.
- Support troubleshooting of issues related to pricing, promotion, and vouchers.
- Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to align on promotion details and claims.
- Generate reports and provide insights on promotion/voucher performance to Data Ops Manager.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data, or related fields.
- 12 years of experience in eCommerce operations, data operations, or relevant fields (fresh graduates with strong Excel skills are also welcome).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Seller Center or platform backend is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, strong numerical skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic English reading/writing is an advantage.
