ABeam Data Management & Analytics (DM&A) in Southeast Asia boasts a team of over 150 specialists across various technology expertise and industry sectors. Our expertise extends beyond strategy to the end-to-end design, build and implementation of real-world data environments. We are currently seeking a Data Management & Analytics Specialist to join our DM&A team in our Vietnam office. You will contribute to helping clients transform their data capabilities and drive business value through data initiatives. You will work on diverse projects spanning data platform implementation, advanced analytics solutions, and business intelligence, while developing your consulting skills and technical expertise in a collaborative team environment.
Main duties
- Assist in creating data architecture designs including data warehouses, data lakes, integration patterns; develop data migration plans and support the execution of data integration projects
- Implement analytics solutions including dashboards, reports, and predictive models
- Implement and configure data platforms and tools across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) following established best practices
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration solutions
- Support data quality initiatives including implementing monitoring, validation, and data cleansing procedures
- Collaborate effectively with team members and business users across different experience levels and technical specializations
Requirement
Qualifications
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer, Google Cloud Professional)
- Expertise in specific industry verticals (manufacturing, financial services)
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in data-focused roles with hands-on expertise in data management, analytics, data engineering, or data science roles
- Hands-on experience in cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native data services
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse)
- Programming skills in Python, R, or Scala for data processing and analytics
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and distributed computing frameworks
- Understanding of machine learning frameworks and model deployment practices
- Hands-on experience with LLM, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced techniques such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or AI agent systems in production is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments while managing individual project responsibilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different client environments and project requirements
