ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a skilled Data Intelligence Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have strong data literacy, project management, and communication skills. This exciting role is part of a high-profile team working on cutting-edge solutions for major multinational clients. You should possess advanced data processing capabilities and technical expertise, with a solid understanding of digital media being a plus. Comfort in working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Literacy & Expertise
- Develop and Manage Reporting Solutions: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI, leveraging Google BigQuery for marketing data visualization.
- Data Transformation and Analysis: Load, clean, and transform large datasets in BigQuery to ensure accuracy for campaign tracking and performance measurement.
- Insights Generation: Analyze campaign performance and audience data to deliver actionable insights for marketing strategies and media optimization.
- Proposal and Report Building: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data-driven proposals and presentations.
- SQL and Python Data Manipulation: Write optimized SQL queries and use Python for workflow automation and advanced analytics.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and refine BigQuery workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Data Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain data integrity and security.
Project Management
- Participate in competitive intelligence roadmap discussions and prioritize analyses.
- Deliver customized reports, ad hoc analyses, and visualizations to support new business pitches.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining process documentation and ensuring data accuracy.
- Apply an organized, detail-oriented, and QA-focused approach.
Networking
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage client requirements, maintain SLAs & SOWs, and oversee team deliverables.
- Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data processing, ETL using SQL, and automation with Python.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, BigQuery, and Python; familiarity with GCP is a plus.
- Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript scripting is an advantage.
- Familiarity with media research tools (Netbase, Brandwatch, SimilarWeb, SemRush) preferred.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, charts, dashboards).
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis and research.
- Familiarity with media performance analytics and reporting is a plus.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
