ABOUT THE JOB
As a Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain cloud-based data infrastructure, ensuring efficient data ingestion, transformation, and integration. You will work with modern data technologies to support analytics while ensuring data quality, security, and scalability.
- Develop and manage the companys data lake and CDP, handling both batch and real-time data integration.
- Use IBM DataStage, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Confluent Cloud (Kafka) to collect, verify, and transform data.
- Implement data pipelines following the bronze-silver-gold architecture, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Perform data transformation with Azure Databricks (PySpark, Spark SQL) and optimize performance.
- Support AI/ML projects by preparing high-quality, structured data for predictive models.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelors degree in computer science, data engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in data engineering.
- Strong skills in data processing, SQL, Spark, PySpark, and Databricks.
- Experience in real-time & batch data pipelines (Kafka, Delta Lake).
- Experience with Power BI for reporting; knowledge of Qlik is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset.
