Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hanoi for a Data Engineer. In this role, the Data Engineer will design and implement scalable data pipelines, build and optimize data storage systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include developing data models, managing ETL processes, ensuring data quality and accessibility, and providing technical oversight for data engineering projects. The ideal candidate will also contribute to innovation in data analytics solutions and support internal and external stakeholders in delivering impactful results.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Data Engineering and Data Modeling
• Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing and designing scalable storage solutions
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data systems for performance
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience in the consulting space or with analytics in an organizational transformation context is a plus
