Làm đơn hàng nhập/xuất cho sàn Thương Mại Điện Tử
- Xử lý đơn hàng TMĐT ( Shopee, TikTok, Lazada ...)
- Tiến hành làm phiếu xuất hàng tông hợp và phiếu kiểm tra hàng ngày
- In hoá đơn giao cho khách hàng vào buổi sáng
- Nhận lại phiếu xuất hàng tông hợp, phiếu kiểm tra từ dưới kho và lưu chứng từ
- Hoàn thiện các bước tiếp theo trên hệ thống.
- Kết hợp với bên vận tải, CSKH của khách hàng để giải quyết các vấn đề trong quá trình nhận, giao hàng
- Kiểm tra và lưu các hoá đơn sau khi khách hàng đã nhận hàng
- Chịu trách nhiệm về các KPI liên quan đến quy trình hàng xuất như:
- Thời gian giao hàng đúng hạn
- Tỷ lệ đơn hàng không hoàn thành
- Tỷ lệ hoá đơn in bị lỗi
Tổng hợp dữ liệu và các báo cáo liên quan đến xuất nhập hàng
- Tổng hợp các dữ liệu về hàng nhập/xuất (từ Nhà cung cấp, Nhập khẩu, Xuất khẩu, Khách hàng).
- Gửi báo cáo hàng ngày các trường hợp hàng hỏng phát sinh.
- Gửi báo cáo đếm kho hằng ngày (Daily count).
