ABOUT THE JOB
- Design and execute an enterprise-wide data strategy aligned with business processes, including data modeling, database standards, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
- Identify and integrate diverse data sources, building a scalable data management plan consistent with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of the enterprise data ecosystem.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of data architecturefrom platform selection, technical design, and solution development to testing and deployment.
- Define and optimize data flows, ensuring information is shared effectively across the organization.
- Ensure accessibility, accuracy, and security of data through robust technical integration.
- Continuously monitor and audit system performance, addressing issues proactively and reporting risks or breaches to relevant stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor&aposs Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years specializing in Data Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture principles; exposure to AI/ML and data mining is an advantage.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire teams.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of data models and governance best practices.
- Good command of English skills.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships at all management levels.
- Independent problem-solving in a dynamic, multi-technology environment.
