We are looking for a data-driven professional to support operations excellence through analytics, automation, and process improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and security data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow automation solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel VBA, and SQL
- Support factory operations, warehouse, material planning, visitor management, time attendance, vendor evaluation, and shopfloor visualization initiatives
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Lead training and support for reporting systems and data tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, automation, or process improvement within operations/manufacturing
- Strong skills in Power Platform, Excel automation, SQL, dashboards, and workflow optimization
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and manufacturing operations is an advantage
- Good English communication and stakeholder management skills
