ABOUT THE JOB
- Collect, clean, and analyze datasets to deliver meaningful insights for business decision-making.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical reports and visualizations.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support product, operations, and business teams.
- Support the design and maintenance of data models, data marts, and data warehouses optimized for reporting and analytics.
- Ensure data quality through validation, troubleshooting, and implementing testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve the performance and scalability of data processing
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- From 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or a hybrid DA/DE role.
- Experience with Python for data cleaning, automation, or light data processing.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and cloud ecosystems (preferably Azure, Databricks).
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools; strong data visualization skills.
- Familiarity with Spark/PySpark is a strong plus.
- Good understanding of data modeling, schema design, and analytical data structures (star schema, fact/dimension tables).
- Knowledge of Azure Purview, Unity Catalog, or other data governance tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge or interest in AI/ML applications is beneficial.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Comfortable working with Git or DevOps tools for version control and pipeline orchestration.
