We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager (Consulting) to act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them identify and address critical data and analytics challenges. In this role, you'll lead and support the development of data strategies, oversee project delivery and drive data governance initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes and contribute to the growth of our Data & Analytics practice.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying data and analytics opportunities and addressing key business challenges
- Lead and support technology consulting, architecture and transformation projects from strategy to execution
- Develop actionable data strategies, solution roadmaps and align client visions with appropriate technologies
- Ensure a seamless transition of strategies to implementation teams through clear documentation
- Deliver data solutions by leading or contributing to Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
- Manage project activities to ensure timely, high-quality and on-budget delivery
- Drive data governance initiatives and conduct technology assessments
- Build strong client relationships, support business development and contribute to the growth of the Data & Analytics practice
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise across Data and Analytics domains such as Big Data, BI, Data Warehousing, Data Science, Data Management, Data Storage and Data Visualization
- Proficiency with modern data stacks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, privacy and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA)
- Skilled in implementing access control mechanisms (RBAC and ABAC)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration and manage complex, high-pressure projects
- Excellent communicator, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders and build trusted relationships
- Analytical and creative problem-solver, capable of defining actionable strategies aligned with business goals
