Job Description
- Define analytics roadmap and KPIs for supply chain optimization
- Redesign dashboards for clarity, scalability, and governance
- Establish and enforce data standards and metric consistency
- Lead and mentor BI and analytics teams across functions
- Drive adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor dashboard performance and implement usage tracking
The Successful Applicant
- 4+ years in analytics, BI, or data-driven roles
- Strong Power BI expertise (semantic models, DAX, visualization best practices)
- Understanding of data architecture and supply chain analytics
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence decisions through data storytelling
