Responsibilities
- Collect, aggregate, standardize, and clean data from multiple sources (internal systems, products, marketing, operations, etc.).
- Analyze data to evaluate product effectiveness, user behavior, business performance, and market trends.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking systems for products, operations, and business; proactively detect anomalies and propose improvements.
- Analyze data to detect new spam/scam behaviors on telecommunications networks and develop corresponding identification rules.
- Analyze data to identify new harassment/fraud trends on telecommunications networks, thereby providing insights and warnings to support operations.
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to support the project team in optimizing products, improving user experience, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Design and implement dashboards/reports for the Management Board and relevant departments, ensuring accurate, timely, and intuitive information.
- Participate in building, standardizing, and optimizing data systems to support long-term analytics and data-driven projects.
- Collaborate with departments to identify problems, analyze root causes, and propose data-driven automation/process solutions.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Preference given to candidates with experience analyzing the behavior of harassing/scam calls on telecommunications networks
- Understanding and analyzing anomaly algorithms
- Analyzing anomalies in multidimensional data
- Building anomaly analysis models
- Strong analytical thinking, ability to tell data stories and present clear insights to stakeholders.
- Proactive, able to work across departments and results-oriented.
- Preference given to candidates with experience with Hadoop, Spark, Clickhouse, or similar stacks.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
