2. Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in analyzing player behavior and game performance. You will work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to optimize game design, improve player retention, and identify new opportunities for business growth.

• Monitor and analyze game performance data using key business metrics to provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs, build data models, and generate reports that support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to ensure accurate and reliable data visualization.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide feedback to relevant teams.
• Analyze experiments (A/B testing) to evaluate the effectiveness of game features and draw data-driven conclusions.
• Stay up to date with the latest data analytics technologies and best practices to continuously improve data processes and reporting.

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis; experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python; experience with big data is preferred.
• Strong experience in data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of data mining techniques and algorithms is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and predictive modeling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to quality and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
