Job Description
- Collaborate with internal departments and clients to understand business needs, problem statements, domain knowledge, and data structures
- Collect, process, and analyze data to generate insights that support business decision-making
- Participate in designing and organizing data within the Data Warehouse Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and optimize query performance
- Support non-technical users in effectively utilizing dashboards and data insights
- Work closely with Data Engineers to improve data systems and data quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Data Science, or related fields
- Experience with at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Superset, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL (including optimization) and Python programming
- Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts (Dimensional Modeling, BI Self-Service, Semantic Layer, etc.) is a plus
- Strong business sense with the ability to work across different domains (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Ability to handle large datasets and effectively communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong self-learning ability and proactive mindset
- Good communication skills; open-minded and collaborative
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder communication skills.
